Returns Policy

  • We are unable to accept returns of personalised and customised items.
  • In the event that any goods are found to be faulty, this should be reported to us within 5 working days of delivery. We will then make necessary arrangements to address this problem
  • We will replace faulty goods at our own expense, but cannot be held liable for any labour costs, administrative costs, loss of earnings and other compensation relating to the goods.
